Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program, combining cardio, strength, ab work, and stretching that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment.

Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in prenatal and postnatal women, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Our instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.

Your first class is always free and all workout equipment is provided.

We will be outside if the temperature is above 45 degrees at 8am and it is not raining. If it is too cold or rainy, we will be in contact with an alternate indoor location. Please bring a stable stroller (a jogging stroller is NOT required), water, and a towel or a yoga mat for floor exercises. We look forward to seeing you in class!
