Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. We combine fitness with whole foods nutrition AND accountability to keep you on track or help with weight loss goals.

Our membership entails:
  • Unlimited high intensity classes with an experienced and certified fitness professional! 5 weekly options to choose from!
  • DVDs with short 20 minute workouts you can do on your own the rest of the days
  • A small supportive group environment focused on team building
  • Weekly challenges to keep it interesting
  • An online support group
  • Accountability!!

This membership will require a 2-month commitment. You cannot cancel, transfer or receive a refund for your 2-month commitment. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
