Mommy and Me Fitness Classes

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes generally run 60 minutes, and are total body workouts which incorporate power walking; optional running; strength; toning; songs; and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class in the beautiful outdoors of the Twin Cities in nice weather and in kid-friendly indoor malls in the winter and inclement weather.

Prenatal Fitness Classes


Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Each one-hour class will focus on cardio, strength, flexibility, and other exercises that prepare the body for motherhood.

Body Back HIIT Courses

Body Back®

Body Back® HIIT Classes are 30 minutes of high intensity interval training along with a 15 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down and meditation. This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot. This is a child-free workout and the intensity level is not appropriate for pregnant moms.

Run Club

FIT4MOM Run Club

Our FIT4MOM Twin Cities Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Solo and stroller running, welcome. Join us every Thursday evening for speed work/interval training and Saturday morning for our endurance runs!
