Mommy and Me Fitness Classes

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes run 60 minutes, and are total body workouts which incorporate power walking (optional running), strength, toning, songs and activities. Our instructors offer a variety of fun class in the beautiful Twin Cities outdoors in nice weather and in kid-friendly malls in the winter.

Prenatal Fitness Classes

FIT4BABY®

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Each one-hour class will focus on cardio, strength, flexibility, and other exercises that prepare the body for motherhood.

Body Back HIIT Courses

Body Back®

Body Back® classes are 40 minutes of high intensity interval training along with a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down and meditation designed to help you meet your fitness goals. This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Body Back classes are not appropriate for pregnant moms and you must be three months postpartum.

Run Club

FIT4MOM Run Club

Our FIT4MOM Twin Cities Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Solo and stroller running, welcome. Join us every Thursday evening for speed work/interval training and Saturday morning for our endurance runs!
